Flood torrents pass Three Gorges Dam safely

(August 7, 2009) The photo taken on August 6, 2009 shows a panorama of the Three Gorges Dam on the Yangtze River in Yichang City of central China’s Hubei Province. The flood torrents passed the Three Gorges Dam safely with a speed reaching 55,000 cubic meters per second on Thursday.
