For the World Bank in particular, the citizens’ reform movement has come a long way. We have gathered a damning body of evidence over the years about the projects funded by the World Bank and the way thios anaccountable institution carries on its affairs. Tragically, the years of research make it clear that the changes at the World Bank have amounted to nothing more than public relations gestures, and that behind the “green” facade, it is business as usual.
