In the lead-up to Canada’s 2025 federal election on April 28, investigative journalist Sam Cooper issued a stark warning: the country’s democratic institutions are increasingly compromised by foreign interference, particularly from Chinese state-linked actors, Indian intelligence proxies, and domestic organized crime. [Interview available in full here].
In a wide-ranging interview for The Bureau news channel, Cooper outlines how transnational networks (many operating through the Chinese Communist Party’s United Front Work Department), have entrenched themselves in key political ridings, such as Richmond and Markham, using disinformation, cyberattacks, and campaign funding strategies to sway outcomes.
Cooper asserts that Canadian intelligence records confirm these ridings are of ‘high interest’ to the Chinese Ministry of State Security, and highlights how past elections have seen Conservative MPs like Kenny Chiu defeated following coordinated United Front messaging on platforms such as WeChat. He alleges that Mark Carney, considered a leading Liberal contender, is now favored by Beijing (Carney also has direct financial ties to China), while Chrystia Freeland was targeted in cyber operations for having acted against Chinese-linked financial activity. He recounts RCMP warnings to Conservative candidate Joseph Tay not to campaign due to safety concerns linked to a bounty on his head.
The talk further explores the frustrations of Canadian law enforcement, particularly the RCMP, whom Cooper claims are being politically restrained from taking robust action. Despite some tough-on-crime rhetoric from the Conservatives, Cooper notes that neither major party has committed to passing powerful anti-racketeering laws akin to the U.S. RICO Act, which he believes is urgently needed.
Beyond China, Cooper also touches on growing concerns around Indian threat networks, particularly those connected to the Khalistan separatist movement, which he says operate in similar fashion through organized crime and diaspora influence. In his view, these threats, coupled with complacency from older voters and a lack of policy urgency, are eroding the structural integrity of Canadian governance.
Cooper sees the 2025 election as a potential inflection point: should the Liberals return to power, he warns, Canada will remain vulnerable to growing foreign influence and internal decay. Should the Conservatives win and enact meaningful reforms, there may be a path back from what he calls a “dystopian” scenario outlined by Canada’s own Privy Council Office, a future of a politically captured or crumbling Canadian state.

There was so much wrong with this election. They acknowledge the sneaky cheating tactics and find it hilarious they added 90 names to the ballot in Pierre’s riding.. (liberals laughing about it, because when they get away with cheap tricks and unethical things, that target anyone outside their elite club- it’s hilarious to these bullies. It is exactly their kind of humour)
Also, election officers report that they recall many people walking in asking if they could use their own pens, noting which ballot they directed them to, and then every one those ballots reverting to pencil when counted. The whole box.
Also, many people recall seeing people in their respective cities with unsealed ballot boxes just sitting in the backs of their vehicles. Immediately prior to the election. Some, with kids and groceries. People noted they looked nervous upon being observed, and quickly left.
One man took a video of 5 different campaign workers leaving with unsealed ballot boxes, and followed one home. He talked to the man who said it was empty, after doing something with it in his driveway for a few minutes. Upon calling elections canada, they listened to his concerns and said they would call him back.
Instead, sent out a TWEET with a generic “yeah, about that thing you saw, don’t worry. Elections are safe and effective” or some garbage like that.
He called and talked to another person (who he says is the 6th person he’s talked to at this point in the video) who gives him a *SCRIPTED ANSWER* as though they were expecting such. Not even once, but twice. Then they simply ask for all of his information so they can “get back to him”. Which of course they don’t.
Later various “fact check” sites throw out a “don’t worry about that video that’s circulating, that you might have seen. We totally debunked it. You see, there was just *NO* other way to carry a couple handfuls of stuff home, to keep it safe… (obviously stuff like pens, paper, things that really extra NEED to be kept secured, and can’t be left in the secure building, just to bring them all back in 48 hours) so they just used the boxes that are laying around, totally empty of course. The very ones that aren’t supposed to leave the site under any circumstance, unless they’re sealed” (theoretically that debunking message was then followed by an ad- in which to order ballot boxes of your own to conveniently replace your purse, briefcase, and/or shopping bags..)
Fast forward to Election Day and I was present when a little old man was being told that he needs to sign a document swearing an oath that he hasn’t already voted, as he was recorded as already having done so.
I later heard that someone else had been through the same scenario
As well as a nephew..
as well as other friends,
as well as dozens of people on rant and raves,
and hundreds of people in the next city over.
Seems fair to assume at this point, as well as thousands, possibly hundreds of thousand or maybe even millions of people Canada-wide.
Certainly in the cities that the unsealed ballot boxes left the site.. that’s not a reach. It’s searchable
I’ve never heard of this. I’ve never seen an election like this. No one has ever reported seeing these things happening at such mass, before now.
Also people taking pictures of their ballots with candidate’s names, missing.
Also people who had to reregister to vote because they didn’t receive a voter card, when every year -up until this one, they always had before.
Also past liberal voters receiving 2 cards. Also entire apartment complex residents being told that their address was “invalid”…? Or couldn’t vote for some other obscure reason.
Also tent cities without a physical addresses. How can they possibly vote without an address? Where is their representation? Is this why the liberal government pushed them out of their livelihoods and by default, homes, in the first place? possibly?
Also looking at every single social media site, Pierre has 5-10 times the followers and likes than Mark Carney. It dwarfs him everywhere. When I noted that the only things that showed that mark carney was more popular it was pollsters who were recorded saying that they would do everything in their power to “make sure” the liberals won the next election… or cbc, ctv, mainstream media outlets that are completely funded by liberals, (who campaigned for him and ONLY on mark carney’s behalf and disparaged conservatives, only)
But every single social media media account and even YouTube channels are barely there for mark carney, and enormously popular for Pierre.
Heck, political discussion pages have double or more followers than MC. It’s really hard to believe he was the popular vote when he wasnt the popular ANYTHING ELSE.
Heck when you walk around and ask random people if they knew who mark carney was, no one in BC does, lol.
The ones who do, dislike him immensely. Same with Quebec. And that isn’t hard to understand why. He can barely communicate in French at all. (Yet, wasn’t that other guy disqualified for that very reason?)
If you look him up and search for what everyone worldwide has to say about Mark, the negative outweighs the positive everywhere. Everywhere.
He plagiarized his thesis.. went DARVO on anyone that tries to call him out on it.
Then we watched him do it to Pierre all through the campaign in real time! Pretty safe to assume everything in between follows the same pattern. Fraud being Mark’s pattern.
Even his congrats are generic. Some suspiciously like they’ve gone through a translator (from chinese?) and try to compensate with roses and hearts. Kind of how they talk in foreign countries that aren’t Canada. (Especially Middle East and India, I’ve noticed)
Nothing long winded, most not really even saying why they’re thankful that he won other than a half-hearted “oh thank you for protecting us from trump!”
That’s it.
That was his only campaign promise.
Not, “we’ll stop crime!” (if anything someone can murder 11 people and injure a dozen more on the eve of the election, and mark carney waves it off like a slight irritant and says “well, this isn’t the time to be mad. Just focus on me, instead, and how I’m going to give that trump a piece of MY MIND!”
and then the much-smaller-than-Pierre’s crowd, goes wild, screaming, jumping up and down weirdly over excitedly. clapping with their hands up in the air like the trained donkay-seals they are..
One might think,
“REALLY?! Does Trump come to you in your nightmares, people?? You care MORE about a bully who resides an ENTIRE COUNTRY AWAY, then you do about 11 people being run over, in your own cities, along your own streets?? …and that the killer was just simply ‘let out’ almost immediately, after? Trumps big scary tariffs on one single industry, that mark carney even waved off “saying how much steel have you used lately, Todd?” (Or whoever bothered to take the time to chat with mark as he inserted his foot in his mouth time and time again, while no or even noticed)
Trump doesn’t even care about Canada. He only cares that we secure our borders, so our overly open, publicly used, drug overdosing centres don’t start spilling over onto their side of the border.
Also that we use our own resources and own people to guard our own country instead of expecting him to extend his own troops, military, for our own protection.
Not “I’ll make houses affordable!” If anything, he’s going to build tiny homes, through Brookfield, that he’ll charge us an arm and a leg for, that will come without driveways, because he doesn’t want us driving. And he’s not going to fix roads even if you fall for the hype and fork out your entire life’s savings for an EV. He’s going to price us out of fuel, so regular vehicles won’t be much longer (demonstrated with his example of how he had full control over dropping the price right before the election)
If you own your home, he’s going to charge you capital gains tax..
just kidding, you’re never really going to be able to pay off anything ever, or even own that home. Even if you’ve already paid it off. You will own nothing and be happy. The wef that he’s proudly a member of, along with his cabinet have made that decision for us.
He’s an Epstein island child exploiting/sacrificing club member. Always denying it. Probably photoshop, right? The same way they said the lady with the walker was photoshopped in, being run over with the horses, hey?
Speaking of those still-in-jail, non criminal protestors, who were exercising their legal right to do so, and are now still political prisoners? The ones who DID NOT run over 11 people including children, in Vancouver. (Because that guy is out already)
Speaking of the other horrendous things done to people all over the country in the name of upholding those illegal mandates and orders.. children being tasered/electrocuted for skating on frozen rinks, in the winter, alone? People getting bloodied up for walking into Canadian tire without a mask? Forced injections to be able to make money to pay for life while everyone started losing their paycheques, livelihoods, businesses, homes, all other property?
And then somehow, when we were finally getting hope because of those protestors? So people sent them money out of gratitude, including (maybe especially drs and nurses, and all other medically-related professions?)
Well Mark carney is the one that froze all the accounts of those who donated to them and their cause. (Freedom of autonomy) The banker apparently isn’t an ethical banker. Shocker.
He barely campaigned, he kept taking breaks. Went to China, went to the UK, seemed to have a whole lot of foreign crap to do everywhere ELSE in the world while he was the sitting PM. Not much interest in Canada from all appearances.
Ha! See what I did there? No “interest”? Lol kinda like “no taxes” on companies he moved out of Canada, just to make sure it never adds to our own tax base?? No “interest”? As in his interests seem less to do with what Canada’s interests are, and more to do with mark, himself, and he?
Guy doesn’t even buy his own groceries. He definitely doesn’t break a sweat next to his fellow man and probably doesn’t know what hard work is. See how awkward he looks in a hard hat next to real workers? I can just imagine his thoughts.
“Ugh. I think dirt is touching me. Where is my red carpet? Can’t we just put a green screen in front of my ivory tower and photoshop the dirt and sweaty people into it later? I can’t believe I’m sharing the same air less than 6 ft away from these serfs. Take the picture, already! This smells like the zoo!”
The corruption all around him is shocking. No one dares investigate him. No one dares question him. It is your regular Canadian still calling him out. Hundreds of thousands weeping for Pierre, openly and publicly. But only like 200 (or however many seats there are) congratulating Mark. With a healthy dose of heckling, still, added in.
Pierre is the legit winner of the election, by 200,000 votes. Yet liberals still control the government.
They made Pierre lose his seat with nasty dirty tricks. It’s not even a small reach to assume the rest was also done dirty and maliciously.
Its the kind of person Carney is. It’s the desires of his heart. He wants to OWN us. These aren’t just words, they’re fact.
