Relator of the UN was imprudent affirmed ENDESA. The government, in as much, informed that only he will talk about the subject when the United Nations gives an official report on the work of the relator, which would happen in April of 2004.

The Ralco power station implies an investment of 540 million dollars, will have an installed power of 570 megawatts and according to the planning of ENDESA it will be giving energy to the System Interconnected Central in the second semester of 2004.
