NPR’s Jason Beaubien reports on the groundbreaking foreign-aid bribery scandal in Lesotho, Africa. Several multinational companies based in Canada, Germany and elsewhere are accused of paying millions of dollars to obtain lucrative contracts on a massive dam-building plan.
