Challilo Part 3 33:00 Fortis Inc., a Newfoundland company, proposes to build a hydro dam called Challilo on the Macal River in Belize. In this episode Janet speaks with Robert Derouin, Director of the America’s Program for CIDA’s Industrial cooperation program. This CIDA program has been funding the Canadian firm AMEC to produce the Environmental Impact Assessment for the proposed Challilo dam.
